Refund & Return Policy | Brickell Plant Dad

We want all our plants to arrive happy and healthy, but as each is a living thing, returns are only possible under specific conditions.

When Refunds Are Offered

A full refund may be issued only if:

  • The plant arrived in unfit condition due to improper packaging, or
  • The plant arrived with a visible disease or infection

We do not offer refunds for:

  • Damage incurred in transit by the shipping carrier
  • Minor cosmetic variation (e.g., smaller size or different coloring)
  • Customer preference changes

How to Request a Refund

  • Contact us within 14 days of delivery
  • Submit a request via our Contact page or via hello@brickellplantdad.com 
  • Include clear photos of the plant and packaging

If the claim is approved, we’ll issue a full refund to the original payment method. Returns are not required. We aim to minimize plant stress and shipping waste.
