We want all our plants to arrive happy and healthy, but as each is a living thing, returns are only possible under specific conditions.
When Refunds Are Offered
A full refund may be issued only if:
- The plant arrived in unfit condition due to improper packaging, or
- The plant arrived with a visible disease or infection
We do not offer refunds for:
- Damage incurred in transit by the shipping carrier
- Minor cosmetic variation (e.g., smaller size or different coloring)
- Customer preference changes
How to Request a Refund
- Contact us within 14 days of delivery
- Submit a request via our Contact page or via hello@brickellplantdad.comÂ
- Include clear photos of the plant and packaging
If the claim is approved, we’ll issue a full refund to the original payment method. Returns are not required. We aim to minimize plant stress and shipping waste.
